This invoice should carry
- Invoice number, issue date, due date and the pickup address
- Load volume as a fraction of truck capacity, with cubic yards
- Actual disposal weight and the transfer station fee, where weight-based
- Special-handling items listed individually with their per-item fee
- Labour: crew size, time on site, and any stair or long-carry charge
- Items diverted to donation or recycling rather than landfill
- Disposal facility used, and the ticket or receipt number
- Balance due, with the volume estimate given at quote for comparison
