This invoice should carry
- Invoice number, issue date, due date and the run covered
- Linear feet installed, by fence style and height
- Posts: count, depth, diameter and whether set in concrete
- Corner, end and gate posts priced separately from line posts
- Gates by width and type, with hardware and any latch or closer
- Terrain work: rock, slope, root cutting or hand-dug posts
- Removal and disposal of existing fence, by linear foot
- Permit, and confirmation of the property line the fence follows
