This invoice should carry
- Invoice number, issue date, due date and the area paved
- Square footage paved, with compacted depth for each course
- Tons of mix delivered by type, with plant ticket numbers
- Base work: grading, proof roll, stone depth and compaction
- Undercut or soft-spot repair, billed at the agreed unit rate
- Milling and disposal of removed material, where applicable
- Striping, signage and any ADA stalls on commercial work
- Mobilisation, and any weather cancellation charged under the terms
