This invoice should carry
- Invoice number, issue date, due date and the property address
- Each opening listed with its size, location and unit installed
- Insert or full-frame installation, stated per opening
- Unit specification: frame material, glass package, U-factor and SHGC
- Rot or jamb repair found at removal, billed against the allowance
- Flashing, sill pan, insulation and air sealing per opening
- Interior and exterior trim: reused, repaired or replaced
- Lead-safe work practices where the property predates 1978
