- Invoice number, issue date, due date and the surfaces covered
- Square footage by surface: floor, wall, shower pan, niche, curb
- Tile size, material and layout pattern, with the waste percentage
- Substrate preparation: levelling compound, patching, board replacement
- Backer board or uncoupling membrane installed, by area
- Waterproofing system in wet areas, and the flood test performed
- Setting material and grout type and colour, with any sealing
- Trim, edge profile, transitions and thresholds by linear foot
