- Units laid by type and size, or square feet of finished face
- Mortar type and colour, and trial batches where a match was required
- Scaffolding: erection, rental days and dismantling, each priced
- Reinforcement, flashing, weeps and any through-wall detail
- Cold-weather protection: materials, heating and days lost
- Cleaning, pointing and any sealer applied
- Mason and tender hours, shown separately
