This invoice should carry
- Invoice number, issue date, due date and the period or job covered
- Maintenance visits with dates, and any missed for weather noted
- Crew hours × rate for labour, separately from per-visit contract pricing
- Plant material by species, size and count — this is also the warranty record
- Bulk materials by volume: mulch, soil, stone, with the unit priced
- Equipment charges for anything beyond hand tools
- Disposal of green waste and hardscape spoil
- Plant warranty term with its start date, and what voids it
