This invoice should carry
- Invoice number, issue date, due date and the property address
- Each task on its own line with its own hours — never one combined figure
- Hourly rate, the minimum charge, and the rounding increment you use
- Materials purchased for the job, at cost or with markup stated, receipts attached
- Trip or pickup time, if you charge it, shown as its own line
- Disposal or dump fees for anything hauled away
- Total hours on site, so the arithmetic is checkable against the tasks
- Balance due and accepted payment methods
