This invoice should carry
- Invoice number, issue date, due date and the billing period covered
- Number of visits in the period, with dates, for recurring contracts
- Service level: standard, deep, move-out or post-construction — priced separately
- Square footage or room count the price is based on
- Supplies and equipment: included, or billed as their own line
- Extras performed this period — inside oven, windows, fridge — itemised
- Lockout, cancellation or late-access fees, with the date each occurred
- Balance due, and for recurring clients the next billing date
